Amla Tree
Amla Tree is one of sacred tree in India. Its fruits are full of nourishment. Amla Tree is the medium sized tree. Its height is around 8-20 meter. Its branches are spread out like Lemon tree. Its yellow flower are very attractive. Its fruit are of green color with six vertical furrows. Its weight is around 50-60 gram and tastes sour. Amla tree is mainly found in Uttar Pradesh in India. The Amla Fruit is rich source of Vitamin C.
Amla medicinal uses:
1. It is used as the cardio protective, useful in hemorrhage, menprrhagia and leucorrhoea.
2. Amla Oil and Powder are used for the treatment of scalp.
3. Amla Powder are good for immune system and physical strength.
4. If it is taken regularly then it keeps our hair black for longer.
5. It removes wrinkles which has become before old age.
6. It is very helpful for constipation.
Other uses of Amla:
1. It is full of Vitamin C so it is used in Shampoo to clean the dust from our hair.
2. Amla Oil is good for our hair.
3. Amla is used in Sauces, pickle, jellies, candy, dried chips and powder.
4. Amla is used to make dyeing product.
5. Amla is used for making ink.
